Welcome to Daywell. By accessing or using Daywell (via our desktop software, Android application, or web services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Daywell grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for your individual personal productivity, daily planning, habit tracking, and wellbeing management. You agree not to misuse the service, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
To synchronize your productivity data across multiple devices, you may register with an email address or authenticate through your Google Account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
All rights, title, and interest in and to Daywell—including its code, visual design, mascot (Sol AI), brand assets, and interface—are and remain the exclusive property of Vanthen. The content you create within the app (your notes, thoughts, tasks, and goals) belongs entirely to you.
Daywell is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service and reliable cloud synchronization, we do not warrant that the service will always be error-free. Daywell includes local-first functionality so you can continue using your workspace even without an active internet connection.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vanthen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of Daywell.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the application following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
For questions or notices regarding these Terms, please contact us at hi@vanthen.com.
